Gingers Forever

I have a friend who has a lot of nicknames for me. My most known name is Ginger. This may come to a shock to you, but yes I am a redhead! He loves reminding me that I do not have a soul and telling me every ginger joke he learns. My favorite thing he does is that he sends me random pictures that has something to do with my red hair. I'm very lucky to have a friend like him because he always keeps me laughing and lets me know what people "could" say to me. As some of you read this I'm sure you already know who I am talking about. As I have said in another post sometimes I say things and everyone takes it differently than me. You will also learn that I get my heart set on things. Well some of my friends and I were talking about dressing up as the Spice Girls for Halloween. I was so excited because I already knew who I wanted to be.......Scary Spice! Very soon my dreams of being Scary Spice was crushed because everyone looked at me and said " No! You're Ginger Spice." I looked at everyone one with the saddest look on my face and they were laughing and looking at me like I was crazy for thinking any differently. My lovely friend who I have been talking about looks at me and said "Kels.... you have red hair so you would looks silly if you weren't Ginger Spice." I still put up a fight every time we talk about this and we still haven't dressed up as the Spice Girls yet. Even though he makes fun of me and tells everyone I don't have a soul he is one of the most thoughtful people I know. No matter what is going on in his personal world he is always a phone call away. He will listen to you and even share his own stories. (Which may or may not have happened. You will just never know) He always has the best surprises and treats everyone like they are his best friend. I pray tonight that everyone has a friend who keeps you laughing and also would do anything for you! Maybe even thank someone for being that friend. You never know what they could be going through!
